To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Free Trial and Subscription

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Payment Terms

We accept payments via KBZ Pay, Wave Money, PayPal, and Stripe. All payments are processed securely. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect active subscriptions.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no security system is impenetrable.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shwe VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shwe VPN and its employees, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications to Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Myanmar.
